Under no circumstances shall AnonClub team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if AnonClub team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AnonClub provides custom 3D printing services. We offer the ability to create personalized 3D printed models, figures, prototypes, and other objects based on customer specifications and designs.
All projects are customized and personalized according to customer requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that we deem technically unfeasible, illegal, or inappropriate.
Orders are placed through our Telegram channel (@anonclubadmin). Customers must provide clear specifications, designs, or 3D files for their desired prints. Our team will review the request and provide a quote and timeline.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is provided by AnonClub. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation.
Prices are listed on our website for standard packages. Custom projects may have different pricing based on complexity, size, materials, and printing time. Final pricing will be communicated before order confirmation.
Payment is required before production begins. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the ordering process via Telegram.
All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Production times vary depending on the complexity and size of the project. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the order confirmation process.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, AnonClub is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulties, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs, files, or intellectual property they provide for 3D printing. AnonClub assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any designs that infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
We take pride in delivering high-quality 3D printed products. However, due to the nature of 3D printing technology, minor imperfections may occur and are considered acceptable unless they significantly affect the functionality or appearance of the product.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if the defect is deemed significant.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion after reviewing the case. Custom orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Changes to orders can only be made before production begins. Once production has started, no changes can be accommodated.
AnonClub's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Products are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms.
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
AnonClub reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
