All AnonClub products are custom-made specifically for each customer. As personalized items, they are subject to specific return and refund conditions outlined below.
According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Since all our 3D prints are custom-made according to your specific requirements, they fall under this exception. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer protections for quality issues.
