Custom Made-to-Order Products

All AnonClub products are custom-made specifically for each customer. As personalized items, they are subject to specific return and refund conditions outlined below.

EU Consumer Rights & Custom Products

According to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Since all our 3D prints are custom-made according to your specific requirements, they fall under this exception. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and offer protections for quality issues.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The product has significant printing defects or structural failures not caused by shipping
  • Wrong Product: We sent you a product that does not match your confirmed order specifications
  • Shipping Damage: The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging (with photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Significant Discrepancies: The product significantly differs from the agreed design or specifications

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns are NOT accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the custom product after it has been produced
  • Size/Color Expectations: You are not satisfied with the size or color after confirming the specifications
  • Design Errors: The product matches your provided design, but you decide you don't like the design
  • Normal Variations: Minor layer lines, texture variations, or slight color differences inherent to 3D printing technology
  • User Damage: Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, dropping, or improper use

How to Request a Refund or Return

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

1 Contact Us Within 7 Days

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email ([email protected]) or Telegram (@anonclubadmin).

2 Provide Documentation

Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.

3 Review Process

We will review your case within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision and next steps.

4 Resolution

If approved, we will offer either a replacement (reprinted at no cost) or a full refund, depending on your preference and the situation.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • Before Production Starts: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If production has not begun, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • After Production Starts: Once production has begun on your custom item, cancellations are not accepted as materials and time have been invested in your order.
